Check In: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out: 12:00 p.m.

American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 3 days before arrival date to avoid charges.

No Show Policy:
In case of a No Show, a charge equivalent to one night will apply.

Extra person Policy:
2 extra people are accepted per every 2 double beds guestroom, paying $110.00 Mexican Pesos per extra person.

Kids Policy:
12 years old children or older count as an adult, and in case the family is composed by 2 adults and 3 children under 12 years old, the will be charged the equivalent to one extra person.

Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.

Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will receive free transportation to the new hotel.

The guest shall be able to make at least one phone call to home or office.
